-It is SOLELY the responsibility of those persons or entities receiving the passenger leads to be certain that they are in compliance with all local and state regulations.

-EVERY PROVIDER / DRIVER / LEAD GENERATION CLIENT irrevocably releases this site, its ownership management staff and ALL related parties from ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER.

-Under no circumstances shall any managing party or entity of these services be at fault or liable for ANY loss or injury that is incurred from a driver, passenger, provider, or recipient of passenger leads.

-ALL participants in local feeds, lead generation, or as recipients of passenger requests unconditionally release this site,ANY AND ALL associated persons from any type of liability relating to the operations of their transportation business.

-Absolutely NO promise, representation, or warranty has been made or implied as to risk, endangerment, or matters of compliance.   It is the SOLE responsibility of those accepting the passenger requests and providing the actual service to be sure they are in total and complete compliance with all local agencies.

- At NO TIME shall the relationship between this service imply employment, contractor status or anything of the likes between this site and ANY of the providers, drivers, or clients.

-Persons or entities accepting passenger requests, or other forms of marketing are customers of this service provider NOT employees, contractors or the likes.

-Providers / Drivers shall ALWAYS represent themselves as "independent providers" and shall at NO time make a representation of direct involvement, contractor status or the likes as it pertains to this site or any such asset of this service. 

-By participating in lead generation and the purchase of passenger requests, you represent that you are compliant with all state and local guidelines, that you are properly insured, and that you are assuming all risks and liabilities of your operations.
